Warranty

Every laptop sold by PRIZERO includes a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the pickup or delivery date.

Any internal hardware failure caused by a manufacturing defect, such as motherboard faults, screen issues, or a keyboard that fails from normal use.

Damage from misuse, drops, or liquids.
Opening the device or attempting repair at an unauthorized party other than PRIZERO.
Normal battery wear over time.
Minor cosmetic scratches from the nature of imported devices.

The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days of the pickup/delivery date.
The device must be in its original condition, complete with its accessories and packaging.
On return, the device is inspected by our technical team before the exchange or return is confirmed.
On approval, the amount is refunded using the same payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the device.
Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect or an error on our side.
